Our Artistic Director Jason Moy debuts Ars Musica Chicago’s new harpsichord with a solo recital of works by William Byrd, Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck, and other late Renaissance and early Baroque keyboard composers. The acquisition of this 17th-century Italian style instrument by the noted Canadian harpsichord builder Edward Turner was made possible through a generous grant from The Saints of Chicago.
Free admission; no tickets are required, but donations will be gratefully accepted.
