Opening Ears to Forgotten Beauty
Welcome to Ars Musica Chicago, an early music ensemble linking you back to a time when sound was spiritual, the heavens were magic, and the earth was full of mystery and wonder.

The music of this period (primarily the 12th through 18th centuries) was some of the most pure and beautiful ever created, yet much of it is largely forgotten.  With our goal of uncovering and performing many of these treasures, Ars Musica Chicago has become one of the country's leading early music ensembles.

With unique programming, a visually and acoustically enticing venue, and world-class performers, please join for our season  FROM GRAPES TO HARPS.

In addition to our season series, Ars Musica Chicago will perform a concert titled "Water in Sound and Symbol" at  THE CHICAGO HUMANITIES FESTIVAL on Sunday, November 11th. Click here for info on this CHF event.
